The agency is created in 1956 by Andre Degouey under the name "Agence Generale - Tourisme Sejour- Immobilière". it is located in the Illaz building closed to the old Iseran Garage..

The agency moved in 1963, in the center of town in the chalet pichonnier. With a second activity : travel Agent.

In 1987, Alain Degouey, proceeded to the demolition of the chalet and built the residence "Les Crocus" while installing at ground floor the modernised building of the agency.
