Jean
Marc LEJEUNE, is in charge of the all syndicate.
He is helped by :
Patrice PELISSIER, in charge of most of the general
meeting of the owners syndicate and the board of the syndicate.
He is also dealing with insurance contract, lift, parking access,
heating maintenance...
Raphaël
GOULBY, in charge of all the building work in
the residence and the maintenance department. Helped by Laurent
JAUME our maintenance guy, in direct liaison
with the office to intervene as quiclky as possible if needed.
He is also following the snow clearing operation during the winter.
Sandra
BOCQUET, in charge of all the water damages and
building/construction damages. He is following this various files
with insurance company and experts. He is recruiting and taking
care of all the cleaning staff and the house keeper of the residence.
He is also dealing with individual request.
Nicole
EUDES, the executive secretary of the syndicate, is arranging
the notification for the annual general meeting of the council
of owners. She is writting the minutes of the meeting. She is
also following the contentious files.
Ann-Hilde
TORSTEINSEN : administrative and technical secretary
of this service, is treating messages of various repairs and maintenances
(entrance codes, lifts, TV, keys …).
Nathalie
BAL-VILLET is taking care with Nicole EUDES
of all the preparation of the yearly General Assembly of the syndicate
of the co-owners (invitation, writting resume,...), the secretariat
of the syndicat and the notarial procedure.
Adeline
CAILLE, the secretary of the department, is in
charge of both administrative and technical tasks, such as follow
up visits of residence..
